Who among us does not know a courageous woman working at least 40 hours a week, raising a family, volunteering in our community, and attending night school on top of it all? She is anyone: your waitress…co-worker…hair stylist…daughter. Like me, you may wonder, “How does she DO it? And how can I help?” here is your opportunity Every spring, Rockford Network offers education scholarships to two amazing local women seeking to advance their careers. Our recipients are high school or GED graduates who have spent a minimum of five years in the workforce (or as community volunteers), and they must use the funds toward a degreed program at an accredited institution such as Rock Valley College, Rockford Business College, NIU and others. |

you can help! We are making a simple appeal to our members and friends, past and present, and to anyone who believes in the transforming power of continuing education. Your contribution to the Rockford Network Scholarship Fund will help ensure that we can continue our tradition of awarding two $1,500.00 scholarships to two deserving women. Please help two more women start anew by making a monetary contribution to the Rockford Network scholarship fund.
